The Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome is known for more than our huge clarinet mural. We’re also famous for our holiday parties. When you hold your company or organization’s holiday party with us, you get to choose from three festive buffets. The highlight of the Chris Kringle Buffet is the carving station with the Tabasco Deep Fried Turkey. Your guests will also rave about the Crab and Cheddar Bisque, the Shrimp Scampi with Orzo Pasta and Oven Dried Tomatoes, and the Pork Steaks with Cherry Plumb Sauce. Dessert choices include Pumpkin Pie and Mini Chocolate Mousse Cups. Cost per guest is just $28.00.

The Mr. Bingle Buffet features a carving station with a Holiday Cured Ham with fennel and orange, glazed with honey. You’ll also celebrate the season with Oyster Rockefeller Chowder, Shrimp and Artichokes with Penne Pasta and Goat Cheese Cream Sauce, and Herb and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast with Dijon Cream Sauce. Desserts include Apple Cobbler and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Like the Chris Kringle Buffet, the cost is only $28.00 per guest.

And, finally, party planners can opt for the Nola Christmas Buffet. There the centerpiece is the Creole Seasoned Prime Rib of Beef with Natural Au Jus. Your guests will also nosh on Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Buddy Boulden Catfish with Crawfish Cornbread Dressing and Brandy Crawfish Cream Sauce, and Chicken Sauce Piquant. Make sure to tell everyone to save room for Warm Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise King Cake. The Nola Christmas Buffet is just $30.00 per person. 

All buffets have a 24 guest minimum and are served with iced tea, water and coffee.
